Test/ Interview:
Candidates fulfilling all of the above criteria will be eligible for appearing for the Test (objective type) comprising of two parts - General Aptitude and Academic/Subject Knowledge. The candidates will be called for the Personal Interview as per the policy of the Corporation.

Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in the Test and Personal Interview. Subsequently, candidates will be required to undergo medical examination. Reference for a medical examination does not mean final selection, which may please be noted. The final selection / Offer of Employment will be based on the candidate’s score in Test, personal interview, being declared as Medically Fit by HPCL Designated Physician and subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria wrt Academic Qualification, Age, Caste, NOC, Relieving letter etc. as may be applicable.

EMOLUMENTS AND PLACEMENTS :
These positions are in Management Cadre in “A” grade in the Salary Scale of Rs.12000 – 17500 (under revision) plus VDA, HRA, CCA, etc. and other perquisites as applicable to particular grade. The CTC would be appx. Rs.7.00 lakhs per annum. Posting can be in any Division/Department of the Corporation at any place in the country/otherwise and the services thereafter will be transferable as required by the Corporation. These positions would involve working in shift duties.
RELAXATION / CONCESSIONS:
* Reservation of posts for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / Persons with disabilities (degree of disability 40% or above) as per Government Directives.
* Age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates – as applicable.

Cost of Simulator Check of Rs.10,000/- will be borne by the GEN/OBC candidates. SC/ST candidates will be exempted from payment of cost of Simulator Check.
Short-listed (Selected) candidates will have to undergo Company Medical examination.

Remuneration :
